L'idée est de télécharger les modules depuis un serveur qui a accès à Internet puis de copier les modules sur le serveur qui n'a pas accès à Internet.

Exemple :\\
''%%pip download -d /tmp/ 'python-version<3.4'%%''

ça va télécharger soit 1 soit plusieurs whl, soit une archive tar.gz.

Si ça télécharge plusieurs whl, sur le serveur de destination il faudra faire :\\
''%%pip install *.whl%%''

Si ça télécharge un tar.gz, il faudra décompresser l'archive puis aller dans le dossier puis :\\
''%%python3 setup.py install%%''
